These two lots are really neat. level, wooded and beautiful creek in back. One lot has a creek down the side too but the back creek is noisy, wide, not deep and lovely...little white water over stones..neat... perfect for cabin, overnite rental, etc. there are a mobile or two in here and very nice log cabins too... the subd. is not signed off on..lot will need a soil scientist report..they said the soil was good up thru there though.... checking with sellers to get a soil report..need to sell lots together right now might change later.......
