Our brick Cape Cod was built by contractor for himself in 1941. We replaced the existing two car garage with a new one, installed a new concrete driveway and new deck in 2000. Gutted and replaced kitchen and upstairs bathroom in 2005 and refinished hardwood floors throughout first floor. Gutted first floor bathroom in 2009 and replaced it. We replaced wood burning fireplace with gas insert for ease in having a cozy fire in our living room throughout the cold months in 2014. Demolished attached back porch and replaced it with new three season cedar porch in 2016. We just replaced our front walkway on October 19, 2019. Whole house air conditioning installed this spring 2020 and all new windows (24) replaced this fall 2020.
