A completed remodel, in 2018. We converted this unit into a 2b/2ba beachfront condo, located in the Sea Winds building. All new flooring throughout and on to the patio/lanai. We removed the old 80s popcorn ceiling and replaced all the baseboards and doors in this condo, to give it a more modern look and feel. We also added an enhanced elegant look, by adding crown molding. We added new ceiling fans in every room, for a nice relaxed vacation breeze. We tore out and replaced all the old kitchen cabinets and added top of the line tajmahal countertops. We extended the countertops, to provide a nice breakfast bar, for additional seating. There are two full sized, tiled showers for each private bedroom. We added recessed lighting to allow for more brightness. We decided to add a custom built in dresser/closet in the guest bedroom, to maximize the space in the bedroom. Enjoy a beautiful full length lanai, providing panoramic beach and sunset views, with a sunny SW exposure! Tastefully decorated, with all new furniture throughout. A full sized washer and dryer are in the unit. Our complex is very well maintained, with guest reception from 8-5pm. Outdoor pool and spa. It offers 2 tennis courts, as well. This is a weekly vacation rental building, which is hard to find on Marco Island. It does not get any better than this!
