This is a private neighborhood. We own the streets, so our yearly dues pay for road and common area upkeep. It has the feel of being out in the country with all the benefits of suburban living.There are no sreet lights ,so we are able to see the stars at night including a yearly asteroid shower that is so delightful in the fall.
