Some outstanding features are the X-Large shower in the master bathroom, new roof and quiet neighborhood! This house is in a family friendly area close to Glenallen elementary school, Heron Creek Middle and North Port High. House is 1300 square feet with 2 car garage. Shed on second lot is not part of the rental. The house contains city water, central AC and heat. Rental will be unfurnished. Pictures are recent so that's why they are taken with furniture still there. Rent will be charged every month based off of when you move in. For example, if you move in Feb 13th, rent will be due every month by the 13th. Current rent is for a 12 month lease, month to month would be at a higher rate. Current tenants moving out by Feb 13th. In regards to utilities, water is covered by landlord. Tenant pays electricity. The $2500 rent is base rent that does not include care of the lawn (grass mowing) or pets. Those will be additional fees if required for those who won't be able to mow the grass or have pets they are bringing along. Total move in costs will be $7500. This includes first month, last month rent and security deposit. ($2500 each) Smoking is allowed on the property but NOT inside the house Pets are allowed at an additional cost. There will be an initial 300$ deposit and then an additional monthly rent of $25 a month. Lastly, prior to move in day proof of renters insurance will be required. Must have policy number on file for you to be able to move in. Renters insurance is usually not expensive and shouldn't cost more than $20 a month.
