I am looking to fill a room in a 4b2b house in Mira Mesa. The room size is 12x10 and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and a small dresser. My wife and I will occupy the bottom floor 2b1b and you will be occupying one of the rooms on second floor. You have your own living room upstairs for complete privacy, and sharing a bathroom (shared with another guy, who's very clean, and also keeps mostly to himself). - Modern stainless steel appliances in the kitchen - Brand new Washer & Dryer available to use - House security system - No smoking but drinks are cool All of us are definitely responsible, mature and friendly. And clean for sure! That is actually one of the requirements for a housemate from our end. - Would like someone who can sign a longer lease. Ideally 6+ months. - No smoking is allowed on the property but drinks are okay. - Overnight guests are occasionally okay. - Utility costs are equally divided and come to around (150-180) per month. - Looking for single occupancy in the room, sorry no couples :)
