The quiet and scenic Pulte-Homes Upper Bluffs HOA area has no backyard neighbor, and is tucked in just above Tucson National Resort near Shannon/Overton. Loads of natural light, gorgeous back yard sunset views, and clear starlit night skies describe this desirable location. House was purchased from original owners in 2019, and I continued what they started by finishing a modern upgrade on a well maintained home! First the hall bath got a new jacuzzi tub and toilet in beautiful Ice Grey, with a new vanity/sink, cabinets and lighting. Original flooring throughout home was replaced with beautiful porcelain plank tile for a modern look. The kitchen/breakfast bar area has refinished granite countertops, and I added a new sink/fixture and disposal. Appliances were replaced with Stainless Steel Whirlpool to accent the kitchen colors. Gas stove is amazing, cabinets were refinished; hardware replaced with brushed nickel, then crowned with a custom corner cabinet. The pull-out, tiered drawer cabinet replaced outdated Lazy Susan. Backsplash was added over counter space, space saver microwave added, and new lighting fixtures in kitchen dining areas. Interior walls, doors, baseboards/jambs were all painted in 2019. Earth toned walls trimmed in Ultra White throughout. Interior doors were trimmed with brushed nickel hardware for a modern feel. The house has soaring ceilings, generously sized bedrooms, cozy dining area, and breakfast bar in the family room area. The doorway to a backyard oasis flows through the family area through an oversized 8’0 x 8’0 patio door decorated with a Hunter-Douglas "Vertiglide" collapsing blind. Living Room, bar and kitchen areas have vaulted 13’ high ceilings, and living area is now a "great room" which I decorated with a pool table and bar for entertaining. New lighting was installed in entire home with brushed nickel/bronze tones. One bedroom was converted to a workout room and sits across from the remodeled bath with spa tub. Master Bedroom is spacious with a bay window upgrade which provides a huge space. The bay window shutters open to gorgeous sunny mornings views of the back yard oasis and mountains to the West. Master bathroom has also been updated, including a huge custom spa shower with dual-shower heads, and benches for comfort. The dual vessel sink vanity was remodeled with granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, brushed nickel fixtures and custom lighting and mirrors. Walk in master closet is accessed through large bath and has custom shelving and rods for clothing storage. Finally for that extra luxurious feel and look, all windows in the entire home were decorated with custom-built Hunter Douglas wood shutters in Espresso color. Pantry/Utility area was separated in 2019 with a new framed in door to pantry, and has custom pull out shelving for food storage. Garage upgrades I completed included a new garage door/Crasftsman opener, custom workbench space, and added electrical outlets. New custom shelves were added opposite workbench space. A gutter system was added for drainage off of the beautiful Spanish Tile roof. The back yard is a real tranquil oasis, with a Pebble Tec pool and rock waterfall. Spacious covered patio extends along entire home area with roll down screens added for shade/privacy. Landscaping is low maintenance, irrigated and lighted, with a mixture of fruit trees, bushes and flowers. Some beautiful rose bushes top it off! New Vita Prestige Spa seats 5, and has an adjacent custom-built cabinet built next to it for a deck feel and storing chemicals. Pool pump was replaced by original owners, then I rebuilt plumbing and filter area and enclosed in block for aesthetics. House has a water-softening system, and I rebuilt exterior plumbing risers, replaced irrigation valves and finally I added new outdoor landscape lighting. What a beautiful place to call home!
