Single wide trailer. In need of many repairs including a new roof. I bought this trailer "as is" not understanding that the hidden black mold under the flooring and all through the back walls would be more of an issue and will be a costly fix. There are many leaks that have silently deteriorated this homes structure. Previous repairs to the home seemed to have been by amatures and mistakes covered up by paint. A better solution might just be to sell it for scrap and replace with a newer mobile home.
