Driveway parking as well as additional street parking available. Laundry located in the garage. $1000/month plus split utilities (split equally between you and the other 2 tenants). Landlord pays for water, garbage, pest control, and WIFI! Utilities range from $30-100 a person on average. About the current tenants (2): -The first roommate is a respectful, mature male. -The second roommate is a male who has one cat that stays in his room. -Both are very easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and each other. Ideally looking for a similar fit to maintain the peaceful & pleasant environment within the home! The room for rent will come unfurnished. Single occupancy ONLY unfortunately!
