Fenced in backyard maintenance, weeding, mowing, watering to keep grass healthy Set up and payment of their utilities Repair Requests Non-Emergency repair issues to be submitted via email (in writing). If major issues occur, call the Landlord immediately! 4. Send the completed inventory and condition form to their Agent within 7 days of lease start 5. No Smoking is permitted on the property Per paragraph 17, F Smoking. 6. No Pets. No charge for a service animal or emotional support animal with a certificate.
