Studio (don’t recommend has slum landlord, rat infestation roach infestation which is usual for NYC but in this place it’s bad my friend has another place that has none whatsoever so yea has homeless people getting into the building and sleeping in the staircases and hallways so dangerous after pandemic just disgusting also super never fixes anything landlord never fixes anything either our oven broke like ten years ago and they never changed it we just don’t use it only the stove & mold on walls due to dampness building has many issues showers clog up plumping is horrible our Ceiling has collapsed twice almost on me both times etc what else let’s see heating in the winter is unbearable almost no heating ever that’s it so yea don’t ever move here ?????????
