A separate enclosed childrens play area away from the apartments has been provided. The building is equipped with cable and satellite reception. Utilities include HOT and cold water and trash service. We are supervised by a professional management team and strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors! An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people.
