THE DEAL: I am looking for a needle in the haystack perhaps!? Want to live mostly solo in a house but okay sharing it with a fun loving progressive and open minded gal for 2-5 days a month? I would love to find someone to rent my house but I keep a room and some of my belongings/plants there (you can use it as the guest room when I am not there most of the time). I live with my partner in Portland 95% of the time. I would come out to relax, visit my best friends who live in Newberg, garden, water my plants and take care of anything else that needs to be dealt with. Ideally we would end up liking each other and maybe have dinner sometimes and catch up when I am around. I would always give you ample notice on the dates I will be around. THE HOUSE: 2 bedroom, 1 bath in Dundee plus bonus attic space (probably where I would stay but flexible on spaces you want/need). You would get the majority of the space, storage and the comfort of mostly living alone. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all other appliances. There is a big yard and a 12x24 above ground pool. It would come furnished with queen bed, dresser, furniture and kitchen stuff. I am flexible on what stays and what goes. Prefer no pets please. ME: I am tidy, respectful, work from home with a non profit job and outdoorsy. $1500 a month plus utilities and deposit (for one person). Available November 1.
