I'm looking for a female roommate to take over the remainder of my 6-month lease. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a prime location of Sandy. The room for rent is the master bedroom with a HUGE bathroom and walk-in closet. Price includes utilities and internet. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished, decorated, and for your use! I do have a cat who lives outside 50% of the time and inside 50% of the time--she won't be a problem but she IS the only pet allowed in the apartment. I have lived here for a year and a half and LOVE the complex, location, amenities, and this spacious home. Looking for someone to fill my co-lease, which requires an application through the leasing office and a commitment of 6 months, with the opportunity to renew at the end of July 2018.
