House was completed in December 2005. 3 car garage (one double-door, one single door), including storage closet. Huge south-facing lanai with pool, spa (with built in waterfall on timer), and golf course view. AquaLink inside remote control for pool and spa. Double front doors open to elegant foyer with chandelier. Beyond foyer is open concept LR-DR-kitchen, which stretch almost the full width of the house, with ridiculously high ceilings. Beyond LR-DR-kitchen is a wall of windows that look out onto the unusually large lanai (with pool, spa, waterfall, pavers) and golf course. LR has double-coffered ceiling with crown molding and rope lighting. Chandeliers in DR and kitchen nook. LR includes dry bar with cherry cabinets and granite countertop. Tiled floor throughout, except bedrooms and den. Prewired for surround sound, with stereo speakers in the ceiling of LR, MBR, and lanai. Entire house interior painted a nice, neutral color (some of the pictures make the interior color look much darker than it really is ... the pictures that capture the wall color best are the ones that make the color look quite pale and neutral). To the left of the foyer are french doors which lead to the den. Cherry cabinets and granite countertops in kitchen, master bath (his-and-hers vanities) and one guest bath. Other guest bath (with direct access to lanai) has pedestal sink and shower. Kitchen also includes walk-in food pantry, wall ovens, disposal, and cherry panels on front of fridge and DW. Master bath has his-and-hers very large vanities and sinks on opposite walls (each with giant mirrors), a large walk-in shower separate from soaking tub, toilet behind its own door, and decorative tumbled marble to accent the wall tiles. Master bedroom has his-and-hers walk-in closets. MBR has coffered ceiling with crown molding and rope lighting. Plantation shutters in MBR, master bath, den, and the guest BR at the front of the house. Neighborhood (within Lely Resort) is a 15-minute drive to the core of Naples (aka Fifth Avenue South). There are two security gates for this elegant neighborhood (one at the entrance to Mustang Island, and one at the entrance to the Majors). Owner will pay for your membership at the Players Club (Lely Resort's private club including two resort-sized pools with caves and waterfalls, lap pool, lighted tennis courts, two restaurants and a fitness club). Sorry, but my pictures do not do justice to this really gorgeous home (some were taken during construction, some when occupied). House is wired with a security alarm, but tenant would have to pay the monthly monitoring fee if you want that. To be rented unfurnished, for twelve months.
