Ideally, tenants would be in the home for the entire Spring quarter (end of March to mid June), but we will accept tenants who wish to stay for a minimum of 30 days. Our home is located 3 miles from the Stanford campus (10-12 minute drive). Lush garden with two shaded outdoor eating areas: a dining table and umbrella and a picnic table under a trellis. Three bedrooms: master with a queen bed and bath; and two bedrooms with double beds. The family room can serve as a guest room with its half bath and fold out queen sofa. Kitchen renovated in 2016 and Central AC installed in 2018. Max of four persons. No pets and and no smoking, please. Available March 17 - June 20, 2023
