I recently bought this house to renovate and sell but have run into some snags on my current project and don't think I can get to this one timely. I'd like to just break even. The 3-1 downstairs is pretty nice, needing a kitchen and bath redo but in decent shape otherwise. The kitchen cabinets are useable IMO. A former owner started finishing the 1-1 upstairs but it needs to be redone. The good thing is that it already has its own CH/A system in place. The stairway is too steep and will have to be rebuilt but it seems to be doable. The Assessor has the house at 1886 sq. ft. but is counting the upstairs at 1/4. Change the stairs and finish it out and you will have instant additional footage, well over 2000 sq. ft. total. The house has a modern 200 amp electrical panel, newish dual CH/A and roof.
