But Being honest, The house needs new paint job inside and brand new carpeting and new toilets too. It also needs roof repair in the garage but just on the inside of the ceiling. Neighborhood Description Lockland court is a dead end on both ends of the street and a very quiet street! That is what I have liked about it the most! It has always been a very pretty street and the neighboorhood park winds all the way through the neighboorhood along the river until it reaches the big Huge park along Thunderbird Ave. This house has been an Awesome one but now we need a smaller one!
