Great location for public transportation, close to schools and short commute to Joint base and Anchorage. 1 year then can be renewed, we do not do month to month rentals. Dog's on approval with additional 50 a month per dog, all dogs have to be over a year old and we do NOT take aggressive ones. NO CATS!
