Unique opportunity for the right mature, professional, individual to stay in our beautiful Santa Barbara home. The ideal Guest will be a mature professional or executive with short-term housing needs, for 3 to 6 months, between May and October 2025 with a three month minumum. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of street parking. The house is a two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The second floor of the house with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms will respectfully not be used by the Guest. The Guest will have the entire first level of the home to use: bedroom with double bed, attached bathroom, kitchen with all stainless appliances, living room, dining room and family room. In the large backyard is an unheated pool, although it will be warm by June from the sun. Outdoor dining table and lounge area with a gas firepit, plants, garden, and fruiting trees surround the yard. No A/C. No heat. Owner to provide pool service, landscaping service, high speed internet, electricity, water, trash included. Consideration will be given if a couple, individual preferred. No pets, no smoking, no parties, street parking only. We are only looking for a Guest that will treat our home as their own. Email describing your situation, if interested. Renting of our home will require a screening process so that we are assured of appropriateness of Guest. Additionally, Guest will need to sign contract outside of Zillow. Minimum rental 3 month.
