We built this home in 2011 with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 room upstairs which can be used as a media room or bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a tiled shower and 2 heads in the masterbath, coppersinks in both. Open layout with rock bar, all new appliances, all new faux wood blinds throughout,porcelain wood looking tile through out the house. The cabinets are beautiful walnut stained knotty alder custom cabinets, lots of can lights, walk in pantry. The front porch is 6 foot all the way across and the back is 12 foot across. Hot tub on back porch and can lights on front and back across the porches. Our electric bill has never been over 200 which i think is very good for all the lighting we have. The windows are low-e argon double hung windows which make them very easy to clean! The land has 1 small pecan tree and a nice shed that we just had built to match the house. We added concrete driveway from the road, it has 60x40 insulated shop with electric and RV hookup. Fenced backyard and enclosed the back porch. We’ve added 33’ pool with deck. The house is on 5.64 acres!
