Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities including shared pools, fitness facilities, and recreational spaces. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the BBQ grill. Located within Solara Resort, this home is just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers make everyday needs easy to manage. Guests can enjoy resort access to shared amenities including pools, fitness facilities, and recreational spaces, with a large clubhouse area featuring a water complex, splash pad, and on-site dining options. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests. A maximum of 13 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage; please do not park on the street. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
