It s a quirky cottage in the back of my own house with a large backyard. It is nestled in the historical Zues Park area. Very quiet. Consists of a large eatin kitchen/living space and one bedroom with bathroom. The washer and dryer is a shared space with myself. A wonderful lifestyle and you can walk everywhere. Beach is 1 mile away. I live in the front house with my daughter. I am looking for a peaceful tenant that likes a very minimal lifestyle. No dogs...sorry. The space is currently occupied and I will not be able to show until the end of July.
