Cold war classic. The kitchen retains the original 1954 cabinets. Countertops and flooring were redone in the late 90s however it is in quite good shape along with the rest of the house. It's painted in neutral colors. Some might say it's somewhat dated but structurally very sound according to my last home inspection. On a corner/double sized lot at 1/3rd of an acre. Has a detached 2 car garage and a horse shoe gravel driveway. Lots of trees and privacy. All appliances are natural gas. Vinyl windows/new front-back steel interior doors/ new security front and rear exterior doors.Furnace-AC installed in 2005. NO fireplace. I can't get that box to uncheck. New roof in 2018. Had major tree trimming done in 2018 also. Water heater was replaced in 2023.
