I am looking for a person/couple to split this townhome in Carbondale. Rent for will be $1900 for a single for $2300 for a couple. It is a three-bedroom place and the plan is to keep one room open so that we can have a guest room. This is a great layout for roommates as the master is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs on the other side of the house. I am looking for someone clean, respectful and easy going. We'll have to maintain the yard and property so looking for someone willing to split the chores with. I am not a partier and spend most of my time outside when not working. Ideal roommate is someone who lives and works in the valley, is easy to get along with, clean and likes to get outside. There's off street parking, a 2-car garage, plenty of storage space and walk in closets in each bedroom so there's plenty of space for gear. I currently have a 1-year lease which is scheduled to start December 1st. I'll prioritize folks who can sign on for the full year, but would consider a shorter term for the right person(s). Since we'll be sharing the same space it's important that we get along! No smoking, no pets
