About a twenty five minute drive to downtown Kalamazoo and downtown Battle Creek. Our favorite restaurants nearby are Ned's on Gull Lake (ten minute drive), the Dock at Bayview (five minutes), and Chicken House (five minutes). Welcome to the Log Cabin! Home is well and septic, so no cost there. Renter will pay for gas and electricity and internet. Renter must pay first and last months rent prior to occupancy. Must be non-smokers. No pets, although we may make exceptions in some circumstances. Property is about 0.8 acres, lawn care responsibilities (mowing regularly, leaf raking/blowing) will be the responsibility of the tenant, however assistance from property owners is available at additional cost.
