Want a place in Downtown Gatlinburg? Want to hear the sounds of a creek on your porch or deck and when you have your windows open? You've got it with this lot. Yes, it's steep...similar to lots in Chalet Village, etc. but this lot location is to die for. Would be perfect to build a overnite rental/2nd home....was originally thought to be a place for a motel by the owner but the better choice to me would be overnite rental. The whole back side is on LeConte Creek....just a great sound..... city services available ...you can't find a lot more downtown than this one....
