No age limit, great amenities with large heated pool, pickle ball courts, corn hole, horse shoes with hosted tournament games held, fire pit gatherings, large club house and a separate recreational hall where lots of card games are played every day. Pet friendly with a dog park, stocked fishing lake and surrounded by beautiful orange groves. Completely furnished, hardwood floors, no carpet and just professionally cleaned. Lots of added storage space with outside attached tool shed and inside utility room. I needed a two bedroom and bought in Sebring. Great location for retirement. Asking 10,000 but will consider a reasonable offer. Rent to own is not permitted by the park. Lot rent is 750. + electric. Very friendly park. Very well maintained. MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE
