My name is James (owner). Please contact me directly: 406-942-0331. The lot is one full acre on county land with cottonwood, hawthorn and plum trees scattered around. Healthy lilac hedges. The stars are great. Antelope Lane is located just north of Nashua, which is 15 minutes from Glasgow on the main highway. It's 10 minutes to the marina at Fort Peck Lake. Lots of Missouri River access points nearby. The drive to town is beautiful (and plowed in the winter). I barely see the neighbors because of the orientation of the homes, but they are friendly and quiet. Antelope Lane has no through traffic. The house was built in 1954 and has good natural light and high ceilings. This is not a manufactured home. Heating and cooling are aided by a largish hill on the western edge of the property, which helps with exposure to wind and sun. There's a gas furnace in the basement to keep the floors and pipes happy in the winter and a pretty gas stove in the main living area. One baseboard heater in the big back bedroom. It's very cozy. There's a self-feeding pellet stove in the garage, which is attached/insulated and big enough for a pickup truck. Three bedrooms. No carpet anywhere. We put in laminate wood flooring last year. There are three RV septic hookups on the north side of the property and an independent power pole ready to connect. Plenty of room for a barn or even another home. I love this house. You will too.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
