It is a Pastoral mountain place w/ shared common areas ie patios , trails,hot tub. Out door pet kennel if pet is approved. Boulder Hot Springs for swimming and natural springs soak is 6 miles away and the Tizer Lake Arboretum and nursery is a mile walk from Cabins. The targeted renter would preferably be a company's traveling employee sent to Helena area for 1 to 6 months to work ie traveling health care personnel, skilled subcontractor in building trades. Other travelers looking for place to stay for a minimum of 1-3 months also considered. We require that everyone fill out an application fully that has rental references and job references that are not relatives. There may be a fee for a background check if necessary. Our units are located 17 miles south of Helena, 43 miles north of butte and 6 miles north of Boulder, Montana . Cabin is $950 a month + $950 deposit + propane and firewood and any utility bill over $50. It is located in a lovely pastoral Setting with 3 glamping umits nearby.. The owners furnish 4 gallon containers of drinking water for each unit and no running water in cold months except in the heated bathroom. This cabin has Cold running water in the small kitchen and bathroom has hot/cold water all seasons. There are communally shared areas such as a 26 x 26 patio with outdoor furniture, and fire pit as well as other common areas ie wood fired hot tub, and seating. Pets are not allowed in this cabin, but there is a 8 x 8 outdoor kennel that can be used by all renters . (A pet will be considered, only by the discretion of the landlord ) If a pet is accepted, there would be an extra fee for the pet. All cabins have a furnished barbecue grill but our county fire Marshall prohibits fires when there is a danger and dryness to prohibit them Our driveway is uphill and a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. There's parking for one vehicle per site We do not have Wi-Fi up here, but you can stream off your phones if you have T-Mobile, Cricket, AT&T. Verizon is questionable. This cabin has a smart TV that you can use with your hotspot on your smart phone. .
