It is a third floor English Village Condo and has a small balcony for outdoor sitting. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The kitchen range, the washer and dryer as well as the refrigerator are in good condition. Convenient parking is provided for each Condo. Parking for guests and second vehicles is provided on the island across the driveway from the condo. One parking permit will be given to each condo. This will allow them to park on the front line. There is a NO-Pet policy for tenants per the Condo rules. There is no extra charge for trash removal. Dumpsters are provided at several location throughout the complex. Tenant is responsible for Electric and telephone, cable. The security deposit is part deposit ($775) and part move in fee ($200) which is charged to the owner when a new tenant moves in. Therefore, the $750 is potentially refundable while the move in fee of $200.00 is not. The minimum lease requirement is one year and the tenant is required to have the electric turned into their name within three business days after the beginning of the lease.
