There is no garage, but we (owners) lived in the cabin for six winters with no issues getting in and out of the drive way. We got out of the driveway for work each morning, unless there was a road closure of highway 32 (which occurred about 2 days per winter). We kept the driveway clear with a snow blower, and the neighbors plowed. The main road through town, which our driveway is attached to, is plowed by the county after each snow storm. There is NOT a fenced yard. 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with loft, huge gas log fireplace and washer dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, garbage disposal. Snow removal in winter is renter's responsibility. If needed, helpful neighbors will remove snow reliably for a small fee. It has 2 king beds (one in each bedroom), 2 twin beds in the loft (which are currently in the basement, but can be moved to living area, dressers and large closets in both bedrooms, living room couches and chairs, dining room set and porch rockers. However, it has been occupied for 6 winters, with no problem getting in and out of the driveway each work morning (because of plowing and snow blowing by us and neighbors). Must have references and good credit score Dogs allowed upon approval of dog. Absolutely no cats, no exceptions. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, internet, and garbage. Well water is provided.
