Quiet neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores and shopping within 10 minute drive. Massive backyard facing the forest with lots of wildlife. I have a cat that's well behaved and sweet. Good credit required by landlord. 1 Cat okay. I am looking for female-identifying roommates. LGBTQ friendly household. No couples or families.
