Charm and privacy just a few blocks from Montpelier's downtown where you'll find movie theaters, bakeries, bookstores, and weekly farmer's markets. 35 minutes to Burlington. Quiet, tidy habits appreciated. Nine months lease with option to go month-to-month after that. 1st/last/security/references/credit check requited at signing. Shared bike storage on premises. ~ WINTER CHORES: Tenant responsible (along with the other tenants at 9 Cedar) for shoveling from door to driveway and keeping that little pathway clear of snow and salted if icy. Folks just usually grab a shovel and it takes a few moments but tenant must be able to do this. And, if one is occasionally not able to move their car for the snow plowing then one is responsible that day for shoveling their own parking spot flat so driveway doesn't become hazardous to other tenants.
