The house boasts a sun drenched deck that is great for entertaining or spending time with your pets. The house also has 2 off street parking spots and a large shed for storage. It is 2 blocks from downtown and offers easy access to the train station, rail trail and all of the local highways. This is a year-round rental. Tenant responsible for utilities and property maintenance including snow removal. Trash and water services paid by owner. 1st and last month's rent required.
