My apartments are in the very center of a very busy downtown urban environment with lots of restaurants, bars, breweries, and outdoor cafe patio spaces. There is sometimes city noise, music, and entertainment at many venues nearby. Weekends are frequently very busy in the evenings and there are festivals throughout the summer months. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Champaign has a wonderful bus system and is walkable and bikeable. The University of Illinois main campus is less than 2 miles from the downtown. There is a large medical community here as well. This is a fully furnished apartment with washer dryer in unit and balcony in the heart of downtown Champaign. The building is a no smoking building. There is a pet fee of $250 per pet which is refundable at end of lease term. Prefer annual lease but will entertain 3 month or longer term stays. Rent includes all utilities including internet and tv. Utilities including gas & electricity, water, waste removal and sewer, internet and tv are included in the rent. Pets are welcome provided they are well behaved, quiet and respectful of the property, as I expect their people to be.
