Central A/C and ceiling fans too. This condo is wonderfully perched high enough to feel like heaven, just down the road from Wells center with its restaurants, shops, and arcade...as well as nearby trolley stops to explore Ogunquit or more of Wells while riding on a classic trolley. There is also a quaint common area with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is no doubt this fantastic condo, with Cathedral ceilings throughout, will surely delight and satisfy your beach getaway!! The public way to Wells Beach is just across from this property. This condo is located on the top level of the building by way of an exterior staircase. Must be willing to check-in on first and second floor units, to avoid freezing pipes in the building as needed.
