There are common area Washers and Dryers on the first floor, which are both coin-operated and activated by a smartphone pay App. Pets are not allowed in the building. This is a non-smoking / non-vaping rental. Owner pays for hot water, heat, water & sewer. Renter pays for electricity and internet / cable. One parking spot (#22) is deeded with the apartment. IF the apartment is rented by a couple AND they own two vehicles, THEN IF AVAILABLE another dedicated parking spot can be leased for an added fee set by the HOA (currently set at $50/month). Otherwise, visiter parking is available on a first come-first serve basis for the second vehicle and visitors. Renter is responsible for locksmith fees if locked out of apartment. Rent payment by Venmo is preferred. 12 to 15-month leases will be considered.
