We also have an outdoor shower, picnic table with umbrella, beach chairs, gas grill, and one small cooler. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms for valuables. WINTER RENTAL OCTOBER 10 - MARCH 2027 First and Last month's rent plus $250 cleaning fee is due at signing. Must complete a tenant screening. No smoking or vaping. One pet is allowed. The lease is for a max of 4 adults or two adults and 2 children. Driveway has space for two cars. No on-street parking. All utilities are included including internet and cable. All bedding, linens, and towels provided. Washer and dryer in the house. The renter is responsible for any damages.
