Our home is 3000 square feet and is 3 stories tall with the 3rd floor being the Crows Nest. The Master bedroom and Queen bedroom are on the 1st floor. The Master has a 32' Flat Screen and the Queen has a 26' Flat Screen. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck that has small tables and chairs for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee. Each bedroom on the first floor has its own private full bath. The Laundry room is also on the first floor with a full size washer and dryer. The second floor is open and has a large kitchen, large dining area and open living room. You have access to the 2nd floor deck from both the dining area and the living room. The 2nd floor deck has a dinette and seating for 8 people. The living room has a 50' Flat Screen and Surround Sound System. The living room has a large picture window with a fantastic view down Kings Creek. There is also what we call the Bunk House Bedroom that has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a twin sleeper love seat and a 26' Flat Screen. The Crows Nest is on the third floor and has beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay, Kings Creek and the Marina. The Crows Nest has a 47' Flat Screen and Surround Sound System. It also has a Bar with a sink and small frig. A great place to end the day and unwind. The property comes fully furnished and is ready to move into or to set up as vacation or full time rental.
