The apartment is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath spot located on the beginning of "The Slopes" and only 6 blocks away from Carson Street. $700/per month, gas and electric NOT included (but water IS included). Lease runs to May 2019. There is a large, free gravel lot at the bottom of the street, so parking is always readily available. The entrance is separate from the downstairs apartment. It also has a back patio/deck. And there is a second bedroom but it is in the unfinished attic. The landlord requires that any tenant make three times the rent, have good rental history and good credit. The initial move-in cost is the first month's rent upfront along with a security deposit.
