This is a wonderful neighborhood whose land was originally part of a dairy farm dating back to the 1800s. The first fruit trees were planted in 1920 and the focus of the land shifted to an orchard. Some of the apple trees still remain on various properties and many activities revolve around the Windy Brow Orchard which sponsors many events throughout the year.
