We re-sided the entire house with all new windows and a new stain glass and updated front door, renovated our existing upstairs bath and made it a new master bath and new kids' bath (2), replaced bottom back door with a hardened door, security system emplaced, with new exterior lighting. we also replaced the electrical sockets and put in a new insulated attic stair and panel. lastly, we insulated the attic and insulated the back soffits. Newer A/C (approx 2013) , and new furnace 2017. Newer auto whole house generator approx 2014.
