I am looking for a roommate to share this entire house with me! This is not an air bnb and I'm only looking to rent to one person. It will be a month to month lease that hopefully works out and can be long term. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. It is fully furnished with a brand new king size bed. Also an 80" Sony OLED tv in the bedroom. But if you did want to bring some of your own bedroom furniture, I could put the current bedroom set in the basement The house has its own small gym, pool table and lounge in the basement. It's got a large back yard with a fire pit, grill and hot tub. All utilities included. You will have one spot in the garage for parking spot and plenty of off street parking. There is laundry on site. Any questions just ask. Thanks All utilities included by me including internet and streaming services. No smokers. The house is great to entertain so I'm cool with small get togethers, but I do not want this to be a party house. Since we will share the space, I'm pretty clean and I'm looking for the same. Also I'm a 39 y/o single male. I'm very chill and quiet and a homebody.
