The house was finished in November 2015. We have a big front yard. After we put the pool in last year and fenced that area off, there’s still room for the swing set, trampoline and quite a bit of grass to play in. Our kitchen, eat-in area, dining room, living room, and foyer are all open floor plan. There are three bedrooms and one bath on one side of the house. The other side has the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a half bath by our laundry room. The master bathroom is very spacious, with his and her closets on opposite ends. We also have a bonus room upstairs, which is being used as an office/man cave. Our back porch is screened in and looks over the pool area. Our back yard and side yard are wooded areas (could eventually be developed but nice now). We are the second owners of the house, but the lady before us had it custom built by Brett/Robinson. One of my favorite parts of the house is all of the custom cabinets she had built in it. We absolutely LOVE the house and are only selling because we are relocating.
