This is a really good starter home which I have totally updated since I first purchased it. I've tried to modernize it to bring it more up to date. Neighborhood Description Friendly neighbors willing to help anyone on the cul de sac. Children feel safe and can be heard playing outside in the spring and summer and after dark it seems as though there are no children around it is so quiet. Little traffic comes thru the neighborhood and traffic that is seen always slows up for the folks outside. There is a playground with swings , a basketball court across the street, and a walking path for people and animals behind the cul de sac. On the main road (Greenbrook Dr.) there is a park, a basketball court, and a tennis court. There is also a field where a number of township sports teams play on the main road. Everyone takes care of their property and the development public areas are well maintained.
