    Our units are steps from the beach. There are fun bars with live music within walking distance where you will find the lively locals enjoying life. John's Pass is only one mile away and has retail shops for every budget/taste and several restaurants that range from chains (Hooters/Bubba Gump) to fine dining. JPass is also appropriate for children of all ages. There are bars with dancing, karaoke, and live music. This is where you will rent a boat, go on a dolphin tour, deep sea charters, group fishing, parasailing, jet ski's, pirate boat cruises, souvenir and candy shops. There is so much to do and see in a five mile radius that I am unable to list everything here. Contact me for a full list that suits your particular interest. You will be able to experience the old Florida feel in beautiful well-appointed comfort while you explore the reason we live here year round. You wil be 45 minutes from Busch Gardens/Adventure Island Water Park (Tampa), Disney and Universal properties are only 1.5 hours away (Orlando). Downtown St. Petersburg is where you will find high end night life, museums, excellent shopping, vintage and junking. Literally, there is something for everyone. Whatever you do ~ do NOT miss a trip to the Candy Kitchen. They have candy that people claim that they haven't seen since they were kids! Really!! A woman told me so herself and I'm guessing she had to be 90+. Oh, and they have in-house made ice cream. The Amish Ice Cream Shoppe is within walking distance of the condo too. Crazy yummy and they also sell Amish bread, cheese, soup and other groceries. Across the street at our beach you can paddleboard, rent a cabaa or umbrella and have the use of a beach radio with Bluetooth, wonderful oversized beach towels and an ice chest for your beverages and snacks. There are showers and clean restroom facilities at the beach too. Walk a little bit down the beach and you will come across a snack shack that some say have the best burgers in town. Once your toes are in the warm and softest sand on the planet you will be lost forever. The clean air and sand will carry you to your happy place. Eat in, or go out for dinner there are restaurants and price ranges for every appetite and the grocery is just down the street at the Tom Stuart Causeway. There is a convenience store on the corner (Hess) that has incidentals and tasty pizza/subs. We shop here before crossing to the beach! Owner pays water, trash, wifi and basic cable. Tenant pays electric.
