My home is a lovely Craftsman style townhouse. Unlike many townhomes, my home has over 300 square feet of floored attic space. The view from the patio/screened porch is of a pond that is home to many waterfowl. Having the lawn and exterior of the townhouse maintained by the HOA frees time for me to enjoy the amenities offered within the Village and the adjoining Twin Creeks Marina and Resort. My favorite thing about living on Anderton Drive are the wonderful neighbors on my street and within the Village. The copper ceiling fan in the living room is excluded and will be removed.
