Lease Terms Utilities & Trash: Renter shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, and internet. Renter is also responsible for arranging and paying for trash removal services. Lawn Care: Owner shall be responsible for all lawn care and general exterior landscaping maintenance. Payments Due at Signing: First month's rent and a security deposit of $1,900 shall be due at the time of lease signing.
