Minimum 6-month lease required. 1-month security deposit required. Renter is responsible for all utilities charges, including electricity, cable, internet, telephone, heat, propane, gas, and all other utility and maintenance costs. Upon termination of the lease, propane tank shall be filled to same percentage level as when lease was commenced. Tenants may make alterations or improvements to the premises with prior approval. No inside smoking allowed. No pets Renters insurance policy required with Landlord named as an 'additional insured' party. Premises is to be used only as a private residence for tenants.
